Industrial and Production Fabrication

In addition to “one of a kind” material handling equipment that we design, engineer, fabricate and install; we provide aluminum, stainless and mild steel fabrication for those customers that need industrial and production fabrication products and services.   

We have 10 A.W.S. certified welders that average 15 years experience. They work closely with our structural, electrical, mechanical and process control engineers as well as our production manager to manufacturer the products you need on a “JUST IN TIME” basis.  

Our fabrication department performs MIG, TIG and stick welding (aluminum, steel, stainless steel and other alloys), utilizing a 25 man crew, 45,000 sq. ft. building, 30’ x 50’ paint booth and overhead cranes.  We are experienced in the fabrication of structural steel, miscellaneous steel, conveying equipment, and in the manufacturing, and air filtration industries. We also have 29 years experience in the fabrication of chimney components: fabricating, balconies, ladders, circular stairs, NOX ports and chimney caps from stainless, C-276 and steel for the electrical power producing industries.
