Objective -  (Opening room up) where confining walls and support columns would not allow a functioning room to exist.

Project - With the right sized steel beam you can take a 7’or 8’ wide room and turn it into what  you’ve dreamed of...Bob Clark came to CMH with his basement problem. A new home and no functional room in his basement for his pool table and entertainment area.

CMH was able to remove a load bearing column by sizing his room with a stronger supporting system. What was once just an underground closet used only to store his pool table away has now become an entertainment area/bonus room, giving Mr. & Mrs. Clark a beautiful area that has created wonderful memories of his family and friends while adding even more value to his home.    

Features -  Remove load bearing undersized beam and column in a home that had been fully  constructed and was being lived in at the time while adding a stronger more tolerable support system. 

Time Frame: It only took 3 days to access the situation, engineer and fabricate the  materials needed, remove existing materials and install the new support system.
